All interactions between students and mentors are intended to be professional and goal-oriented. While we do not monitor every message, we reserve the right to review communications if concerns are raised, to ensure safety and integrity.

No Sharing of Personal or Financial Information

Students and mentors are strictly advised not to exchange sensitive personal details such as phone numbers, home addresses, or payment information outside of the MyCollegely platform.

Trained & Verified Mentors

Every mentor undergoes a verification and orientation process before engaging with students. This includes training on ethics, boundaries, and effective communication.

Report a Concern

If you experience or witness any inappropriate behavior, boundary crossing, or feel uncomfortable in any way, please report the issue immediately by emailing us at MyCollegely@gmail.com with 'Report a Concern' Email Subject. All reports are handled confidentially.
